The mission of our Microelectronics Research Laboratory is to promote research and implementation of high performance integrated circuits in nanoscale CMOS, BiCMOS and RF MEMS technologies.

We are a very dynamic group that encourages new motivated graduate students to develop cutting-edge knowledge in various areas of RF, analog, digital and mixed signal chip design.

Our research lab is one of the various research labs in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Dalhousie University.

Microelectronics research lab is well equipped with servers, workstations, testing equipments and software.

Thanks to the CMC Microsystems which has been supporting our lab with most of the hardware and software tools. Also researchers have access to fabricating their designs through CMC.
